Terms of consultation
These terms define the bounded employment-context consultation supplied by Byte Framehub.
1. Acceptance and provider
By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms and the written scope supplied for your appointment. Byte Framehub provides independent educational and preparation support from Berlin, Germany. A booking is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.
2. Nature of the service
The service explains general German employment context, reviews selected wording for discussion, and supports preparation for workplace conversations or professional referrals. It is not legal advice, certified translation, tax advice, immigration advice or court representation. No employment outcome is guaranteed.
3. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, relevant information, meet agreed document deadlines and remove unnecessary sensitive data. You confirm that you are entitled to share documents. Decisions remain yours. If a legal deadline may apply, you are responsible for obtaining qualified legal assistance promptly.
4. Fees, booking and cancellation
Fees and scope are confirmed before booking. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits and refunds follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Byte Framehub retains copyright in its original templates, explanatory materials and session-note format. After full payment, you may use a note personally for the consultation purpose. You may not sell, publish or present it as a legal opinion. You retain rights in documents you supply.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by German law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable damage arising from breach of an essential contractual duty. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health. We are not responsible for employer decisions, missed legal deadlines outside our accepted scope, or reliance on general information as personalised legal advice.
7. Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement where cooperation is no longer workable. We may decline or stop work involving conflicts, abuse, unlawful requests or needs beyond competence. Fees for properly completed work remain payable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
8. Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply. Please first contact info@byte-framehub.digital so we can attempt to resolve a concern.
9. Changes
The version accepted at booking governs that engagement. Website terms may be updated prospectively when services or legal requirements change. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
