Probation Feedback Meeting Preparation
Turn scattered observations into a balanced agenda for a probation review with your manager or HR.
Prepare for the actual conversation
This session is for employees approaching a midpoint or end-of-probation review. Together we sort assignments, feedback, expectations and unanswered questions into an agenda that can be discussed without sounding defensive or vague.
Before the call, note three pieces of work you can describe, all feedback already received, and any expectation that remains unclear. During the session we rehearse concise examples and build questions about priorities, support and the decision timeline.
You leave with a one-page meeting outline. The session does not include contacting a manager, evaluating discrimination claims or advising on dismissal litigation; those matters may need a works council, union or lawyer.
