Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Consultation time and advance reading are reserved for one client. These rules explain what happens when plans change.
Cancelling a consultation
Cancel by emailing info@byte-framehub.digital. If notice reaches us at least 48 hours before the appointment, amounts paid are refunded in full. Between 24 and 48 hours, we refund 50%, reflecting reserved time and preparation already started. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is normally non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One reschedule requested at least 24 hours before the appointment is free, subject to availability. A later request is treated as a cancellation unless sudden illness, emergency or another fair exception makes a different result appropriate. Tell us promptly; we assess exceptions individually.
Document review and work already started
For services involving advance reading, the part attributable to completed review is non-refundable once work has begun. Any unperformed consultation portion is refunded according to the timing above. We identify that allocation in the booking confirmation. There are no purchased materials for ordinary sessions; if exceptional third-party materials are agreed, non-recoverable cost is disclosed before purchase.
No-shows and late arrival
If you do not attend and give no notice, the fee is not refunded. A late session still ends at the scheduled time where another appointment follows. We will attempt to contact you using the booking details.
Deposits and provider cancellation
Where a custom extended review requires a deposit, the amount and conditions are stated before booking and applied to the final invoice. If Byte Framehub cancels and cannot provide a suitable new time, all amounts for undelivered work are refunded. This does not limit mandatory statutory rights, including applicable withdrawal rights for consumers.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email the booking name, appointment date, invoice number and reason. Do not send bank credentials by email. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing may add time. Partial refunds include an explanation of completed work and the calculation.
These rules apply to consultations and document review only, not to goods or subscriptions, which Byte Framehub does not sell. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
