How consultations work
From enquiry to action note
A bounded four-step process keeps sensitive details to a minimum and puts preparation time where it is useful.
1. Send a short outline
Use the contact form to name the consultation, your preferred date and the broad issue: contract wording, feedback preparation or notice received. Do not send health records, identity documents, bank details or a complete employment history. We reply within one Berlin business day.
2. Confirm scope and time
We suggest a format and available appointment. You receive the fee, scope and cancellation terms in writing before confirming. If your enquiry indicates an urgent legal deadline, we may recommend specialist legal help instead of booking.
3. Share only relevant pages
For a document-reading service, send a redacted PDF through the agreed channel at least one business day before the call. Keep employer name or role context only where needed to understand the clause. We identify the German terms and prepare a date map.
4. Meet and receive your note
Join by video or come to our Alexanderplatz office. We work through the agreed question and define the next conversation or referral. Your action note arrives within one business day and consultation documents follow our privacy retention schedule.
Accessibility and language
Tell us in the enquiry if you need captions, slower pacing, a screen-reader-friendly note or step-free building information. Sessions are in English. Contract terms are quoted in German where necessary, but the service is not certified translation.
